ScanLite is built to be private by default. The short version: we collect nothing.
Your documents stay on your device
Scanning, edge detection, perspective correction, OCR and PDF creation all happen on your iPhone using Apple's on-device frameworks. Your scanned documents and their contents are never uploaded, never sent to us, and never leave your device. We do not have access to them and we do not collect them.
No account, no tracking, no ads
ScanLite has no login or account, shows no advertising, and includes no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or any usage data.
What we collect
- Scanned documents / content: not collected (processed on-device only).
- Personal information, contacts, location, usage data: not collected.
- Identifiers / advertising data: not collected — there are no ads.
Purchases
The optional one-time Pro unlock is processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Children
ScanLite is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
